Best response to customer service emails. EVER.

This was suggested by my friend and coworker, Jason. I must thank him for making my day.

From now on, when a customer emails me with a bizarre, confusing, or irritating situation, I shall respond in the following manner...

Dear Valued Customer,

The Customer Service Manager

In an ideal world...

... there would be world peace.
... people would take better care of each other.
... Jake's Ice Cream would be across the street like it used to be.
... Michael Jackson would still be black.
... I would have downtime at work so I could maintain my blog.

But alas, we live in a broken world and I let my blog go stale.

I'm resurrecting it by posting my MySpace blog entries, which I'm better about keeping up with. Enjoy.
